Floral Wellness Workshops
BloomAgainBklyn runs half-day workshops with local community groups where volunteers from these organizations create arrangements from the donated flowers under the supervision of BloomAgainBklyn staff volunteers, and then deliver these arrangements to local senior centers, home bound seniors and others in need.
We have organized these flower workshop events in collaboration with Heights and Hills for their partner organizations, Morgan Stanley and the Junior League of Brooklyn, The HOPE Program, RAICES Senior Centers, Brooklyn Public Library, Girl Scouts, Plymouth Bible Camp, St. Joseph College and others. BloomAgainBklyn also offers flower workshops for organizations serving young people including public and private schools.
Our workshops gives there community groups a hands-on experience from floral preparation to arrangement creation to delivery, culminating in an enjoyable team building experience and opportunities to give back to the less fortunate.
