Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Workshops

BloomAgainBklyn offers Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) flower workshops designed for company employees who want to give back to the community while connecting with one another. These hands-on experiences serve as meaningful team-building activities that foster collaboration and compassion, while engaging directly with underserved and at-risk populations across New York City.

Workshops can take place at your corporate office for 20-40 participants. Our team brings buckets of fresh flowers, handles setup, and guides participants through the creative process. Led by BloomAgain’s floral designers and assisted by our volunteers, employees learn how to cut, arrange, and design flowers into beautiful bouquets. Each arrangement created is then delivered to one or more of BloomAgain’s community partners—including nursing homes, residences for trauma survivors, health care centers, and food pantries—spreading joy and connection throughout the community.

BloomAgainBklyn also hosts CSR flower workshops at our Brooklyn locations, welcoming corporate groups of 10 to 35 employees. Workshop fees are structured as charitable donations to BloomAgainBklyn and are based on the number of participants.

We’ve proudly partnered with more than 60 companies—including Citi, SONY, NBCUniversal, Apollo Global, Barclays, DocuSign, Deutsche Bank, KKR, and Alger—and are a certified partner in Benevity’s Employee Engagement program. Through these collaborations, we strengthen community connections and enable corporations to “give back” to nonprofits that support vulnerable populations.
